Wyeth is still trying to find an appropriate use for this med. Until such time, It will just hang out. Here is a good example; Versed (Roche Pharm) was originally developed as a safer anesthetic. It was then found that after a some dosage alterations, it would be extremely useful as an amnesiac. To date, Versed is one of the foremost meds in the field, allowing the gastroenterologists the ability to scope patients without putting them through the un-medicated trauma
