Where did you read that? You need to speak to a physican about your concerns...I am not sure many of us are qualified to answer your question about unisom...

I might be wrong but I think Unisom's active ingredient is diphenhydramine, which is also in allergy medications such as benedryl. I don't know, but you might want to either look that up and also speak with your doctor-again-about whther or not it is OK to take that. It might be-so talk to your doctor-honestly about how often you've taken it-he will probably make you feel alot better.

I sympathize with you-I worry about what it's going to be like when I decide to have a child...as we all know it isn't a great idea to me on medications for sleep at that time...good luck!!
