Yes I agree with Joanne. That is a LOT of stuff to adjust to I mean A LOT. So be very kind and gentle with yourself. Go for help from the doctor, sleep lab, councilor, etc if you feel it may help(I believe they are a good start). Also KNOW this...that you WILL get better! I have horrendous cycles of insomnia that appear to leave as mysteriously as they came, I think it has to do with how I am handling my inner anxiety. sometime its a piece of cake, other times I can be found holding a stuffed animal from early childhood, and walking around town at 4 AM for the 5th night in a row with no sleep. Come to sleepnet often, read the posts, they are full of positive messages help, and most importantly... HOPE
