How to feel better after many sleepless nights

Posted by tt on November 05, 2001 at 17:56:05:

There were many nights that I do not sleep at all. Offcourse I felt sick. My problem is that I do not feel sleepy most of the time or even when I am sleepy, I just can't sleep.

Does anyone know what to do to feel better after many nights of no sleep?
Will protein or Ensure rich in protein help in the morning?
Is there a good way to cure the sore eyes?

Oh by the way, I bought a pack of brain wave CD for relaxation and medication and It seemed to help today for the second time. That's good, these CD are supposed to create certain brain waves to help relax. I do not know if there is any other factor involve but I did feel refresh and relax. It's quite strange to me.
