Hi there everyone, thanks for all your feedback it's been great...I hope things will get better for all of us! I took my last zopliclone last night (actually half) is all I had left...don't know what will happen tonight as for sleep...but I bought some calcium/magnesium my sister said to try it, as well as I read on one of the posts to try it...I notice that I am a lot more high strung....is this anxiety? I seem to be in a rush, and now that I am working to save enough money to get back to Ontario to get my stuff and my girlfriend, and come back here....I always seem to be in a hurry...I am working as a painter, and need to meet schedules etc....I know I should have found a different line of work!, but this one pays well, and gives me the flexibility to try and get US out here after christmas....but I hope like "you know what" to get some sleep!!....I really appreciate all you help....I hope we can all be friends, and try to help one another through personal experiences, feedback, and just chatting....hope you all have a great sleep tonight.....take care, yours truly, Me
