I attended a short session with a psychologist to relieve stress and to relax. It was after many night of no sleep and I was so exhausted. It worked like a charm. However the exhaust and fatigue were still there. But I did feel a lot better.
The session started with fixing of the eyes at a distance spot, slowly closing the eyes when the eyes are tired, breathing deeply, focusing on various muscle and releasing presure. The most wonderful and the best part lastly was deep relaxation throught imagery imagination. The session lasted about 20 to 30min.
I am going to find some CD's that guide through this process.
