I found the relaxation/meditation tapes very helpful when my insomnia was at its worst. There are also sleep tapes plus subliminal positive affirmation tapes available...they helped me not feel so isolated and alone when the rest of the family was sleeping and contributed positively to the healing process. I really do feel that insomnia is an illness like any other which has devastating effects and our whole body as well as our psyches have to be healed. Good Luck!!!
