It's clearly to me that insomnia causes two types of ilness: psychology and physiology.

For psychological symptoms, we can do something about it and feel better.
For physiological symptoms, (I don't know if this work or not but try anyway) take vitamin or centrum and drink fruit juice daily. Go to wholefood store if you have some in where you live. They have plenty of natural and concentrated juices. Some even include barley and wheat grass along with dozen of other fruits all together in the same bottle. It tastes good. It cleans the system if you drink early in the morning. And most importantly, you get the vitamin back, hopefully, when your body might not produce enough during the night you can not sleep. Who knows, your body might need some vitamin to sleep.

To be safe, have a blood test and see what specific vitamin you need. This way you can be sure you do not take more vitamin that your body have too much already.

I am also thinking about signing up for yoga and tai chi classes. I'll focus on practicing and perfecting every move and releasing stress and don't think too much about suffering. I think it'll help more or less.

The more you try to combat the symptoms of insomnia, the less you fear it. I hope you all feel better. Take care.
