Tina, Get rid of the clock or face it away from you. It only serves to remind you of " how much sleep you can get before the alarm goes off ", thereby increasing your anxiety. Do you have a ceiling fan to keep the air moving ? Perhaps you might want to try some non-invasive earplugs so you can resume sleeping with your husband ( that may be producing some anxiety ). Hope this helps
