Vitamin B6 and niacinimide which is vitamin B3 work together to improve serotonin production, a necessity to sleep well. A vitamin B complex (100mg) safely assures that the so called stress vitamin is covered. Making sure of adequate folic acid, vitamin C(250mg) and of course calcium, magnesium and zinc all help improve sleep. There are many foods which supply these vitamins naturally, but supplementation ensures adequate levels in the bloodstream and provided they are within safe guidelines, can only enhance one's ability to get a good night's sleep.I agree with your post Deb and welcome!!
