Im a 16 yr old female, whos suffered from insomnia on and off for a few years.....currantly its been at its worst point ever,,,ive slept two hours this week, 4 last week and a few the three weeks before. i canbt remeber the last time i felt refereshed, im not under stress from school or anything, and i fantasise about getting a few hours of sleep! n i just dunno how this is all possible! (its 4.08 am here in South Africa rite now) and im just getting more and more frustrated!,,i mannaged to sleep for those two hours this week after taking IMOVANE for the first time, since then its done nothing but make me feel ieven more tired.(although i feel a sort of mental addiction towards it already), im exhausted and SICK N TIRED!! i must say that i feel a lot lot better knowing that im not the only person in the whole wide world awake for nights and nights..........i feel so helpless,,,ive seen a sleep doctor n all,,ive done every relaxation technique in the book,,ive read books, changed my diet,,changed exercise times, kept sleep diaries,,restrict my sleeping time, darken my windowsa, block out all noise,I FEEL HELPLESS :(((((((((((((((((((((((
