I had been sleeping better lately. do you remember the times when you feel sleepy and about to doze off? well, ive realized that on nights when i have problems falling asleep, my consciousness is waiting for that dozing off feeling, which is really qutie the cultprit in my insomnia by making my mind more wide awake and alert as an effect. being aware that u arent sleeping and "trying har" to fall asleep is one way to keep ur mind awake, isnt it?!

So, I have sleeping better lately because ive learned to shut down my mind, not let anything get into it, even the thought of not letting get anything into it. just let go, dont think of anything, dont be aware that u're still awake, dont be aware that u're lying down the bed, dont be aware that you're trying to sleep, dont be aware that you want badly to sleep, just lay down and dont be aware of anything, dont be aware of anything, let go of all kinds of thoughts and in time, u might doze of without you realizing it till the moment you wake up the next day. hope this works for you as it has definitely worked for me.
