i can definitely agree w/ you about the cyclical nature of insomnia. i've been trying to cope with it for a few yrs now and after LITERALLY an hour or two/week of sleep for a yr, i finally had a 'reprieve' last month, where i got a few hours every night of uninterrupted rest. it's a paltry amount in comparison to most 'normal' sleepers out there, but for me it was heaven.
but NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm back to no sleep and i'm
desperately desperately unhappy. popping
clonazepam like PEZ and feeling feeling just....desperate.
WHAT did i do wrong, i wonder????????
what HAPPENED? WHY???????????????????!!?!?
why me.
sometimes i almost think - in my weepiest, most
overtired and delusional of states - that i'm
being punished for something. from where/who & for what reason, i wouldn't know! but it feels
like that sometimes. (i'm not a loopy bible-thumper, but i just don't this!)
