thks for the responses, yeah this has been hell week for my insomnia. fortunatey I fllow a totally healthy diet, absolutely zero processed food. take vitamins, lots of h2o,and exercise 7 days a week. Marlene, yur insomnia sounded awful!! one hour a night for 6 months sounds fully unbearable. If you lived thru that I can live thru my 2hours a night of restless sleep.everyone here helps soo so much, the advice, the communication, etc. I am doing Wiedmans program, and trying at accept I have anxiety.
