So sorry t hear you suffer too from this. I never had sleep problems, or not much anyhow, until the birth of my son 2 yrs ago. I figured it was insomnia caused by getting up with him each night, but he sleeps thru the night, has for a year or more and I still have this wicked insomnia. I agree w/ many people on sleepnet, that anxiety and life changes can exascerbate insomnia and yes, I read Jack's postings and he gives me hope. Hope you sleep well this weekend.
