gabrielle, i'm so glad you're off ambien, but i was wondering if perhaps you might consider 5mg. if you have a bad night. that's all i ever take and it seems to work pretty well. when i get dependent i go off of it for a week, don't sleep and take sominex which doesn't work in terms of getting to sleep. but that's been my general feeling on the subject...just take 5mg, for however long, go off when it stops working, go back on at some point if you have to. but really, i LOVE ambien. it's fab. that sucks that you were having hallucinations....when i took paxil with ambien i was really hallucinated some crazy stuff! but i really hope that things keep getting better for you. my A.I.M. is astralina. be well, get better.
