Rachel,
It's been almost 2 weeks now I've not taken a thing and my sleep seems to be much better. I've really worked on changing my attitude and trying to relax. It seems to be working and I'm so grateful. I've had one or two nights of some REM sleep but for the most part it's nonREM. I'll take whatever I can get. A.I.M is ciao57.
Thanks-Gabrielle
