tt: I took Zyprexa for 2 weeks to try and help get over Klonopin withdrawal. The Zyprexa knocked me out but gave me a brick wall hangover. Also I was very worried about being on an antipsychotic, so I decided to come off it. WELL - I DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL FOR WEEKS. AT ALL - DAY OR NIGHT. IT WAS NOT TO BELIEVED. From there I went into a full blown depression (I suppose from lack of sleep day and night). The doctor decided I needed to go on antidepressants - he thought I was not sleeping due to depression but it was definitely the ZYPREXA. The antidepressant - 250 mg. Elavil - got me out of the cycle of not sleeping at all. I have to tell you that was from only 2 weeks on the stuff. I hope you have better luck.
