Dear Running On Empty,
I agree with you in that my problem is ALL psychological. I've been trying to overcome it for so long now. I find it so amazing how powerful the mind is. One week I can be doing so great and find it actually HARD to stay awake, and thinking that never again will I have trouble sleeping, then BAM! One night can make my mind think COMPLETELY different thoughts, and the next thing I know, I'm thinking that I'll never have another peaceful night for the rest of my life! Sounds so silly!
I just ordered Desperately Seeking Snoozin and Say Goodnight to Insomnia.
Lisa
