Sleepy,

I am so sorry to hear you are still feeling pooped! I'm sure things will get better for you. Be patient and try to do some positive thinking. Think of all the good things in your life and focus on an enjoyable and satisfying activity. Are you doing relaxation 'exercises' of some sort? I sort of shunned them when they didn't give immediate results and now I'd like to try them again. The closest thing I've done is get a massage every 4 weeks or so. Curiously, this has definitely helped me feel certain tensions in my body and focus on eliminating them, so now I think I could try some relaxation stuff. I'll probably take yoga again, since even if the relaxation part doesn't 'work' for me, the process is really fun.

It sounds like you could use a picker-upper of some sort! When was the last time you saw your physician or therapist? Talk these things over with someone.

Wishing you sweet dreams,

A.N.
