Hi Abby,

Thankyou for your encouragement. I have been doing relaxation - I usually do it when I get home from work and just before bedtime. And I have just been looking at my sleep diary and in the last 5 days (ever since receiving the Say good night to Insomnia book) I have slept 7 hours on 4 nights (although one night i was up for 30 mins in the middle of the night), so that is great isn't it! I guess I'm just still feeling tired because of my sleep debt. Another book i have says that even when you have been sleeping better it may take a couple of weeks for the tiredness to go away. What have your experiences been?

Again, thankyou for your encouragement. I know I am doing much better than a lot of people on this website so I should be sooo happy!
