Hard to Sleep, Remember Dreams

Posted by Tyger-chan on January 07, 2002 at 13:47:30:

It usually takes me around an hour or more to fall asleep... But I don't mind that, really. What I don't like is that I awake in the morning remembering all of the freaky things that happened in nightmares while I was asleep. I never awake from nightmares, and I don't get terrified like some people do. However, they're disturbing, and leave me grumpy, nervous, and edgy for a good part of the day.
Does anyone know what could cause me to remember so much that I'd rather not? Watching the corpse of a soldier you killed rot in front of your eyes is not fun to wake up to.
