It helps to read the archives on this forum, particularly those of Jack and any others with subjects that you can relate to. It is a puzzle that each of us needs to unravel. At the bottom I think is anxiety about something we don't like in our life. If you keep asking yourself the question: What don't I like in my life? I believe the answer will come to you when you are ready. For me I drifted away from the authentic person I really was into another person that I thought would get more approval from people in my life, particularly my parents. It is important to reconnect with the real person you are and live the life you are meant to live, even if that doesn't please some people. It is about loving and accepting yourself first and then loving other people.
