Have you had a proper medical check-up/blood tests to see that you're not lacking anything essential (e.g. iron)? If you are even slightly anaemic that could leave you feeling tired. Maybe it would be a good idea to take a multi-vitamin and multi-mineral pill each day. I found that the tiredness I had after terrible insomnia disappeared quite quickly when I started sleeping decently again so I am wondering whether you might have a nutritional deficiency and/or food intolerance. Or maybe you are just not sleeping deeply. Do look into the nutritional side of things, as it is very important for general well-being.
