Hi Aussie!
I just wanted to let you know that that is EXACTLY how I feel daily. I wake up feelimg pretty tired, around noon I feel better, then 4:00 tired again and in the evening awake and feeling pretty good! It's weird! I like my evenings so much because I feel good and less depressed! My sleepimg has been improving, very slowly, but that's o.k., at least it's improving. Instead of only 3-4 hours of sleep, I am now getting 6-7 hours! I took Hopes' advice and I just try not to even think about sleep at all. It has been coming more naturally since I've been reading Hopes' posts! The other night, I fell asleep on the couch. I woke at 3;30 and was having a difficult time falling back to sleep. Then I remembered Hopes' and other posters' advice. I told myself "so what, if I can't fall asleep, I'll just go watch some late night television". I fell asleep! Before I started coming to this site, I would have immediatley got frustrated and said "I can't sleep", would have got up and had a miserable day! Now, after finding this site with all this great advice, I am learning not to let this insomnia take over my life! Anyway, I'm rambling! I just wanted everyone here to know how much they have helped me.(Including you, Aussie!) Thank you all! Take care and God bless!
Patty
