yes, my first thought was to pay attention to what you are eating and drinking and see if certain foods make you feel less energetic. there's a book called secrets of serotonin which goes into this.

i do think people have cycles throughout the day where energy ebbs and flows. but they shouldn't be too extreme. exercise is also important. you may just be run down and it will take some time to build up your strength. get a doctor's advice, preferably one with a holistic approach.
