Lynne, Thanks so much for your info. You are really an inspiration to me. When I get a moment of clarity I do see how negative thinking and pessimism can only lead to anxiety (subconscious anxiety also) that can contribute to insomnia. Also I am still completely obsessed with this but don't know how not to be when I'm constantly trying so hard to think of ways of getting better. Also my physical state of exhaustion is a constant reminder that I have this problem which makes it difficult to impossible not to think about it. Boy, I know I sound like such a self-centered broken record, but I just can't get a handle on this. Thanks again. Ellie
