Hi Beth,

I know that you are one of the big success stories on these forums and I have appreciated all your comments in helping me to get to my current position (4 nights of 7 hours in the last 6) but did you find it hard to stop those negative sleep thoughts? I just can't seem to stop wishing it was those times when I was sleeping fine, which i know doesn't help me at all and is initiating my stress responses. I have been trying hard though. How long did it take for you to just stop those thoughts? I feel like I have good and bad patches and it is really hard. Even though I've only had this problem for just over 3 months now.

How is your sleep now?
