Keep it up and try to keep positive. I definitely know it is very hard. I have started to see improvments in my sleep but I had a setback last night (only 5 hours but I know this is more than you are currently getting). But I know you can do it. Just look at some of the other people who have managed to become recovering insomniacs. They have had a horrible time. I need to keep reminding myself of this all the time. Ellie, I know we can both do this. We just need to think positively. I think that is the key. Think, OK, I had a bad night last night so tonight will be much better. We just stress ourselves out with our negative thinking which is of course making our sleep system weaker.
We can do it Ellie, I know we can!
