Sleepy Aussie, I know this is basic but are you going to bed at the same time each night and getting up at the same time each morning? Are you exercising?

I know I've said this before, but I really think you should cut down your time in bed to 6 1/2 hours and stick to it for a couple of months. It might give you more consistent good nights.
