Hi Sleepy Aussie, I know, getting up at 4am
sounnds tough. Could you try 10pm to 5am? If you don't see improvement with the 7 hours then you could try 6.5.

The sleep restriction is tough when you are so exhausted and trying to stay awake until your bedtime. Can you just imagine staying up until 2:00 and getting out of bed at 6:45. I'm still not doing well and will have to make a change soon. Beth suggested to me going to bed earlier and getting up earlier, maybe 12:00-5:00. My thinking has been that I have to get up at 6:45 anyway and that getting up at 5:00 might just tempt me to cheat and not get up. I'm kind of thinking out loud. Just don't know if changing the hours in bed would make any damn difference. I guess you see, Aussie Girl, that things could be a lot worse but I know sometimes that's no comfort on the days you feel terrible. It just seems to me that since you haven't had this problem too long and meds haven't been involved that you can solve this. I wish you the best. Ellie
