Hi Ellie,

I guess I want to stick to 9pm bedtime because that was always my bedtime and it is the time my fiance goes to bed too. Plus, I find I am waking some time between 4am and 5am anyway (which again is what i used to do) when I am getting my 7 hour sleeps.

thankyou for your encouragment. You are right though, I have not been taking meds and I haven't had this problem for long. Unfortunately though because i haven' t had it for long I keep wishing it was 3 months ago. Very unhelpful thinking. Anyway, I know I am doing a lot better than a lot of people on this website.

I will let you know how I go!
