Ellie:

I do sympathize. I was definitely there and still am sometimes. But now I'm going to be the tough coach. You must get confident and you must find things/goals in your life that are more important to you than sleep. Difficult to do when sleep deprived, but trust me. You have to break your obsession with sleep.

I've gone through a lot too. Lost a boyfriend, changed jobs, all while not sleeping. Was very sad for a while. Then one day I just decided I was going to live my life and NEVER try to sleep. I was going to crawl into work if I had to, but by God it was not going to kill me or change my life. I've gotten better, you can too. Just make a committment to yourself to do it. And get TOUGH!! Watch the movie Tomb Raider and try to be as confident and tough as Lara Croft with your insomnia.

Wishing you well.

-Cassidy
