I almost cannot believe what you are saying it's
exactly what I am going through at the moment night after night without sleep given sleeping tablets but afraid to use them. My Doc is sending me to a ENT specialist next week and apparently
he is the channel to a sleep clinic but I do hope
that my case is the same as yours. Are you on the cpap permenantly or is it possible to lose weight
get fitter etc etc
