Yep, wierd huh. Actually, there are a lot of people that display symptoms of depression, fatigue, migraines, etc and those sympotoms are treated and the underlying problem is not found. I'm guessing a lot of people have apnea and dont have a clue.

I've been using an autopap for about a month and I keep a detailed sleep journal so I know it's much better. About 95% of my nights are pretty good now.

Yes, even though I'm only about 150, I've gained 10 lbs over the last year that this problem has gotten bad and have already lost most of that but cant say I've seen a difference yet. My hope is that I'll find a way to not use cpap for the rest of my life but frankly, anything is better than bad sleep.
