Fell off the wagon

Posted by Nell on February 15, 2002 at 05:57:06:

Just when I dared to hope that it was getting better, the monster has returned big time, a week now of practically no sleep and worse still, after 10 weeks off the pills, I felt the only way to survive last night was 3 x valium which did absolutely nothing! Up until last week I had actually got to the stage where I was at least sleeping a few hours each night, was getting out and about and looking forward to having a life at last - it's like I'm now being punished for that! Am desperately in need of words of encouragement (Lynne are you out there?!) as things are going downhill rapidly here - my poor husband is having to put up with so much and I dread to think what effect this is having on my little boy. How do you get out of such a vicious cycle? I'm scared to even go to bed tonite & really don't think I can go on like this much longer. Nell
