I am in so much despair over this addiction. I cannot sleep without taking a sleeping pill, 5mg does not help me any longer. Has anyone out there been able to kick this horrible demon. I desperately need some words of encouragement. If I don't take the pills I won't sleep. I am barely holding on with this problem. Please anyone with any suggestions. My eyes are so tired, I feel lousey and don't look forward to anything anymore. I just dread the night to come.
