I am going crazy!!

I have been an insomniac off and on for about 10 years. It has been the worst thing in my life!! I now find out that I cannot sleep at all without some type of medication!! I have tried drs., they have given me antidepressants (my body doesn't do well at all with all of them except trazadone at night)I really don't feel I am depressed as I function with family except for the SLEEP!!! I am now at my wits end, what do I do?? I feel like I am going to "crack up" with no sleep!! Is there any help out there???
