Going Crazy!!

I have had insomnia for about 10 years. After many drs, Prescribing antidepressants, which I cannot take, I am having a terrible time. I take Ambien,Excedrin Pm at times and 1 50 mg of trazadone and at times have had no effect. I feel like my mind is racing all the time, especially when I am trying to go to sleep or go back to sleep! Am I destined to never sleep...this is such a terrible PROBLEM and I am going CRAZY!! I am not depressed as I do all my normal family things during the day..but never rest.....Anyone out there like I am?????
