Some mutterings

Posted by Sleepy Aussie Girl on February 19, 2002 at 13:14:30:

Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure why I wanted to write. Just to say hello to everyone and let you know that I'm still having a few problems with my sleep, although the last couple of nights it was due to my fiance waking up early and tossing and turning quite violently (makes it very hard to fall back to sleep again!). Anyway, I'm seeing an anxiety therapist. She is really good and I think I will make some progress. She has asked me to fill in a sheet with my a situation, then why I was feeling at the time (mainly it's been depressed, exhausted and frustrated) and why I was thinking at the time. To see the patterns in my thoughts so we can work on changing them to more realistic ones. I'm just feeling so depressed right now though, and it's so hard to get up in the mornings to come to work. Very hard. I think I just need to get angry at myself and snap out of this, otherwise I may be admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Oh dear.

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well!
