Hi Hope,

Thankyou again (and again and again!). I know, I seem to go from positive to negative thinking quite a lot. At the moment I'm trying hard to be positive. During this week I've been writing down all my thoughts for my psychologist. So i guess then she will be wanting me to change my thoughts to more 'realistic' ones. I think that will make me more motivated - having someone monitor my progress. I've always felt a bit like that - for example I used to get motivated to study for exams not just for me but because there were other people expecting me to achieve.

Anyway, I will try and find some herbs and don't worry I've been eating well and still going to the gym.

And it's not the early wakenings that I mind -it's that a lot of nights I'm awake at 3am and don't fall asleep again. So I'm just never catching up. But it's because of my anxiety. I will get there!

Thankyou again.
