Nell and Lynne....Thanks so much for your posts. I am in the weaning off process from meds and trying to be optimistic...hard on 2 to 3 hours sleep but I've had many nights of no sleep and I'm still here. Nell, are you seeing a cognitive therapist and are you taking any meds? Lynne, I've read most of your posts and your patience and sincerity ring through. Actually, the kindest and most empathetic people are insomniacs....wonder why we suffer so? Could that be why we're so nice...seems contradictory!!!Thanks again!!!
