Hi Sleepy,

A combination of drugs and therapy did the trick for me. I'm not sure whether therapy alone would have been sufficient, but I am sure that drugs alone would not have been.

It sounds to me like you've already made enormous progress. Remind yourself of that. And don't expect a huge change, quickly. For my first 5 (of 10) visits to a therapist, even while on medication, I was in tears for most of the visit.

Do you have some sort of hobby or other activity that you can focus on -- like music or art or a home improvement project? These are ideal for switching your mind to when it starts down the insomnia/obsession path.

Definitely continue to keep us posted. We're all here cheering for you.
