Thanks for the thoughtful advice Lynne. I did thank you along with Nell in a previous post.Also see my response to Hope with regard to Dr.s'. I do have the two books...scanned them through and remember thinking at the time they were ok but my case is so much worse than anybody's.....probably a lot of self doubt tucked in there. When we reach our lowest point, I suppose the message registers and it's really time to get serious...started some very positive things today in addition to others over the last while.You have no idea how much yours and Hope's and Nell's responses have helped....I printed them off to refer to along with J and W (the two authors) haha...see how highly I regard your opinions? Thanks again...Janie
