Thankyou for your support. I will give the therapy a long go. I really like the lady I am working with. She's also told me to find lots of enjoyable things to do so I can get my mind off of sleep. My problem I guess is that my main hobbies are exercise and reading. But I'm not thinking about them so much during the day. Actually, even when I'm reading I'm finding that I'm still quite often thinking about my sleep problem.

Anyway, I've got my second session this Saturday so I'll keep you posted! I'm going to keep on clinging to my positive thoughts!

ps. I may still end up trying those anti-depressants - I'll see how I go!
