Sleepy....I am there with you....I have had two consecutive nights- one waking at 3:00 and last night at 1:30, unable to return to sleep. I feel a bit tired but I am sure tonight I will get back to a fuller night sleep.Positive thinking...It is the only option for me! I am glad you too are seeming more positive also....Keep it up Sleepy...Hope
