Question for Bill-Re adrenalin rush

Posted by Chaba on February 20, 2002 at 04:28:00:

Bill- Hi

How are you getting on with your sleep pattern. Hopefully you are continuing along a more successful path, than my good self at the moment. I have just recently over the past week started on the new "nutrient" path using both the Phosphitidyl Serine(expensive) along with the B vit and L Tyrosine. I have not used the 5 HTP/L-Tryptophan as a combo with the Phosphitidyl Serine. do you think that this is entirely neccesary as part of the overall prescription. As yet it is too early to get a feel for it, last night for instance I had a prolonged attack of the adrenalin rush and when this happens the mind immediately goes into negative drive. Only over one night can I consider having normal sleep (5 hrs) although slightly disturbed, and with early awakenings. I will continue with this and along with my meditation and good sleep practice hope to bring this into manageable proportions. Bill I feel as if this adrenalin rush is also responsible for my early awakenings as it usually happens when I'm dreaming I wake up, and do not slip into the next sleep cycle. I think maybe this is because when your dreaming your heart tends to pump that bit faster releasing the adrenalin that is responsible for the early awakenings. What do you think, and do you suffer from this? Keep me posted of your progress Bill and hopefully we can beat this together.

Wishing you long and peaceful sleep.

Chaba
