I found "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" at my local library, along with many other anxiety "self-help" type books. You may want to check there before you buy anything.

Also, I hear what you're saying about trying to get your mind off sleep - it's a tough one. All I can suggest is to limit the amount of time you spend each day "researching" insomnia, and do other things instead. This may take some effort at first, but finding hobbies that really interest you is the best way to take your mind off it.
