A "soothing" suggestion.........

Posted by Elizabeth on February 20, 2002 at 20:11:15:

Recently bought a personal massager which has about 6 attachments.....4 of which are used on the scalp, face, neck and temples, etc. Since most of our(insomniacs') stress is felt in the neck/head area, I can't begin to tell you how wonderfully relaxing it is. Also, it was under $20.00 and I bought it at Walmart. I think we need to treat ourselves whenever possible. For those of you who go for massages this is like a supplement....used anytime at home, travel, etc. and for those who have never benefitted from anytype of massage...a great way to start!!!Have some positive reports dietarily and Designated Sleep and Wakeup also, but no time now...will post later. By the way, I hate using the term sleep restriction because of the negative implications...just a quirk of mine, I guess!!!Hope you all are getting good sleeps! Elizabeth
