Very good point about the energizing....Thanks, Hope. Guess I was just thinking about the "controlled" getting away from sleep thoughts to more "comforting" affirmation type thoughts.Somehow, anykind of relaxation cd or tape at bedtime leaves me not feeling the process(of sleep) is entirely in my own hands and I have help at hand....self doubt rearing its ugly head I guess!!!After all, "I got me into this thing", etc. etc. There goes the blame game too....arghhhhh! Now I know how negative thought patterns really do spiral!
